FOUNDER’S STORY
Hungry Paulie was founded by Arthur Chu back in 2017. In its humble beginning, the store started as a food stall in the Eastwood night markets. The stall grew immensely popular and had expanded to three stalls before migrating to a physical store where it is today. Arthur's passion and commitment to authentic Taiwanese food continues to flourish through the two further stores in Mascot and World Square stores which offer different snapshots of Taiwanese cuisine, as served and enjoyed in Taiwan.
